About acupuncture: Acupuncture is an effective and safe healing modality to bring health, restore balance and assist the body in healing naturally, without side effects. It is a widely accepted part of integrated healthcare in the US and all over the world, with it's origins in Asia, where it has been developed for the past 5,000 years. Using tiny, hair-thin needles, acupuncture has been scientifically proven to stimulate the nervous and immune systems, muscles, hormones and activate our bodies own pain-relieving mechanisms.
About cupping: Cupping is an important component of Asian medicine, and became well-known at the 2016 Summer Olympics where it was sported by many professional athletes. Cupping has similar effects as massage by using gentle suction action to increase blood flow and lymphatic circulation.
